The Blast reports:
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Roslyn La Liberte claims Reid used “her substantial social media presence, fame, and reputation as a hard-hitting journalist” to publish to her followers that La Liberte “screamed abhorrent racial slurs” at a 14-year-old boy.
La Liberte claims the viral photo – which showed her in a MAGA hat appearing to a scream at the boy — was completely misinterpreted and the two actually had a “civil” interaction which ended with them hugging.
The teenager gave an interview with local news after the incident, saying that La Liberte “was still trying to keep it civil, which I appreciate.”

Big League Politics reported:
Embattled MSNBC host Joy Reid has finally come clean regarding offensive posts written on her blog more than a decade ago.
“While I published my blog, stating in 2005, I wrote thousands of posts in real time on issues of the day,” she said in a statement. “There are things I deeply regret and am embarrassed by, things I would have said differently and issues where my position has changed. Today I’m sincerely apologizing again.”
Tacitly admitted is the fact that Reid herself wrote the posts, which she recently denied in an apology, claiming that her blog had been hacked.
The host of far-left MSNBC’s “AM Joy” is apologizing for the second time in nearly a month after old posts surfaced in which Reid disparaged Sen. John McCain, questioned whether Al-Qaeda was behind the 9/11 attacks, and suggested that Israel should not be a sovereign nation.
“‘A community that I support and that I deeply care about is hurting because of some despicable and truly offensive posts being attributed to me,’ Reid said. ‘Now many of you have seen these blog posts circulating online and in social media. Many of them are homophobic, discriminatory, and downright weird and hateful.’
‘When a friend found them in December and sent them to me, I was stunned,’ she said. ‘Frankly, I couldn’t imagine where they’d come from or whose voice that was.’
Earlier this week, Reid claimed that her blog had been hacked’ and that she had contacted the FBI to investigate.”
